I would love to see ChiTownDiner answer Pixel Farmer’s question, about if he does any physical preparing for the bus tour.
 
As for me, I learned early on to pace myself.  The food is always so good, you want to fill up at the first couple of places.   But no pre-trip preparation for me.  I figure once they set the food down in front of me, I will know what to do!
