Well I just got back from doing lunch. Yesterday and today were our first lunch days. Yesterday we sold out at 40 dogs. From 10:00 to 1:00. Today I we did from 10:00 to 1:30. I sold out at 40 dogs. But while packing up today I missed out on 5 customers about 15 dogs in total. I didn’t have enough buns to start with. I had 2 volunteers baking bread at home while I was selling at 12:30 I had them bring me 20 more. Since I knew I could only stay open till 1:00 or 1:30. Should have brought another pack or 2 of dogs. Oh well even so someone pre-ordered for tomorrow. I started to drool when the fresh buns arrived they were still warm we couldn’t even close the bags. The last 20 customers are gonna be eating the freshest dogs in Asia!
 
I forgot one other reply yes you can stand up inside but the customer will be looking at your crotch. I have a chair in there I sit on and keep buns and supplies up top. I’ll post a picture tonight.
