Sounds like maybe you should be packing enough for 60 dogs. (hopefully 100+ in a month or so) And looking forward, maybe you should start selling baked goods too, since the established bakers seem to be unwilling to vary from their recipes, and you may soon have to install a commercial oven at your commissary to keep up.

Well today I had extra time on hand so I went out with 80 Hot Dogs. I usually close at 1:00- 1:30 I have another company that I have to be at 3 days a week by 2:30. Anyway today I sold 74 dogs. I only sold 5 hot dogs between 2:00 and 5:00 so at least now I know when I leave for my other company I am not losing out! At least 5 customers came with my point card. They say the hot dogs keep getting better each time they try them.
Oh and I don’t think I want to become a baker but hey you never know. Maybe some morning croissants!
