How did you get the hot dog bun problem straightened out? Did you find a baker or make your own?

For the events we found a baker who made us buns. As for the daily buns we make our own. Here is a pic of them: 
 

Wow -that’s impressive making your own bread! I’m guessing you don’t buy your “daily bread” from the baker due to minimum order requirements?
Is your home baked bread like “back home” or is it tailored towards Japanese tastes?
