Hey WD,I Hope all is well. Do you have a way to melt the swiss cheese slices. The dog look good, but the picture doesn’t do it justice, I think to much white and light colors……If you ever have a chance to pick up Beavers sweet and hot mustard it goes great on a Reuben………I haven’t heard any stories about you almost getting killed, I guess things are settling down…………The Best………Bill
I usually just put the dog and bun on the serving foil, rip a Swiss cheese slice in half, and let the steamer melt it within a minute. I do this for my shredded cheese on my chili dogs as well
I sometimes put this dog on my menu as well. I loved the idea when I seen it on Wild Dogs menu. The only thing I do different is add a very thin slice of dill pickle on top.
