All of the hundreds of thriving Jewish delicatessens in New York City are definitely regionally inappropriate.

We have one in Dallas, patronized primarily by Presbyterians!

For all the Scots down here we have no Scottish restaurants. 

This adds to my theory that the primary driver of Scot emigration to America was the food in Scotland.[;)]
