I visited the Sprecher Beer Brewery just north of Milwaukee a couple of times, really a nice tour of a smaller brewery and has it’s own small beer garten too. Also, try the Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee, same as above with a great Friday night fish fry with a German band. They even have bluegills as one of the choices.
