Your concept sounds like a winner. Although I can’t offer you advice regarding your question. I would be interested in knowing how difficult it is for you to find a good location. I bought my first hot dog cart last year and still have not found a good location for it. I also own a restaurant, and I bought the hot dog cart to help with the expenses until the restaurant took off. Unfortunately I have not found a good location for the cart. I live and work in Central Florida.
