Just back from Jackson, WY.

Billy’s Burgers is a winner. The photo in the above post does not do it justice. I let the chef make it his way; grilled onion and tomato, bacon, lettuce, mayo and lots of cheese on a half pound fried burger. No broiler here. Delicious.

Bubba’s Bar-b-que is also recommended. I ordered the combination plate including pulled pork, brisket, spare ribs, and sausage. Sides of slaw and beans. While not the best I ever tasted, it was very good. Topped off with a slice of buttermilk pie. (Hold the whipped cream. It is out of a can.)

Jedediah’s House of Sour Dough is a good breakfast stop.

Yippie-I-O candy has good fudge. Strong flavors and smooth. Does not have a sugary taste.

Sorry no photos.
