As a variation on the cheese-and-chocolate theme, my husband used to make sandwiches at the Wendy’s salad bar, using shredded cheese and chocolate pudding. He still dips his fries in his Frosty. I was skeptical, but it really is pretty good. Never much a fan of sweet stuff myself, my favorite snack was to take a hunk of cheese (usually sharp cheddar or Colby) and melt it, either in the microwave, or on the stove to get the crispy edges. And that was it–sort of a carb-less grilled cheese, I guess.
