When I was in high school, there was a deli we went to often. One day, after having za sandwich, I wanted a bit of a sweet, so i went to the counter to grab one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies. When I went to the counter, I noticed a slab of brie sitting there and a lightbulb went on in my brain! I asked the deli owner to take one of the large cookies and place a piece of brie on it and pop it in the microwave for a few seconds. Man, what a treat. Salty & Sweet with the chocolate chips all melty and the brie oozing over the cookie. Sheer deliciousness! My friends poked fun at me at first, but with one bite they all became converts.
