McDonald’s breakfast dollar menu is the best. The Fruit and Yogurt Parfait is great for a buck. The Chicken biscuit is a nice choice too for onlyl a dollar. It’s a pretty large sized piece of chicken. The Apple Dipper might not really be worth worth a dollar, but it’s, along with the fruit and yogurt parfait, probably the healthiest dollar breakfast item(s) out there. Considering the fact that a 6oz (the standard size now for yogurt) yogurt is often over 75cents at the grocery store, the parfait, which comes with a table spoon of granola and real strawberries and blueberries, isn’t so bad a bad a deal at one dollar. Together, the two items (parfait and apple dipper) are only 195 calories without the caramel, or 265 calories with the caramel. You can also reduce the parfait by 30 calories by not including the granola. So, a fruiit and yogurt parfait without granola and the apple wedges without the caramel amounts to only 165 calories. For $2, that’s a pretty healthy and filling breakfast.
