The signboard said "vacation" for the longest time, but Tan Thai on Rt. 4 in Springdale is officially closed. There is a new banner announcing an Indian restaurant ("Jai", I think) coming soon.

Also, according to the Business Courier, Clifton is getting a Raising Cane's (in the old Lime location along Calhoun) before the end of the year.
