This may well be a stupid question, but – can you get normal fried chicken in these two places?

 

no heat whatsoever?

Everyone’s hung up on the latest BS hipster trend. What about core basics done well? I’m sick of pointless embellishment.

 

For me, “hot chicken” == deep fried in my own fryer at home, then eaten splashed with Tabasco or Frank’s.

Well, I hardly qualify as a hipster since I actually eat chicken, am married to someone of the opposite sex and actually have a job other than busing at a coffee shop part time. 

 

I clearly like this place, and have posted the link which clearly lists the spice levels, so maybe you should actually try it before dismissing my analysis.
