Also, the Arabuckle Pie Co. in JJ’s Eastgate has closed for good. I never saw it doing a ton of business, the location was never great to begin with and the endless construction in that area couldn’t have helped.

On a more positive note: There has been much noise behind the curtain of the former cookie pizza place that was near the JJ’s entrance, and a manager I know that works at the Jungle said a barbecue place is going there. Stay tuned.

I wonder if we will ever have decent pizza at Eastgate.
