I wanted to thank you all for responding; as it turns out, we went to Captain Steve’s; the seafood was superb–as usual. I took home my to-go box, all happy because I knew I would be eating good the next day. Well, I had to go out for a while the next day, and when I came back to Mama and Daddy’s house, Daddy was eating my to-go plate! Now I had bought him a huge plate of fish and stuff from there, but there he was eating MY peppered catfish! I love my daddy, but I could have just skinned him! I never get good Southern catfish up here where we live in the Pacific NW. Just wait until I fly back home for my son’s graduation from Clemson this May! I am going to go back and get some more peppered catfish and DARE him to eat it! [;)]
