The Hyatt is at Exchange Place at the end of Montgomery Street, right on the Hudson, next to the PATH station there.

There’s also a DoubleTree north from there, with a view of the Hudson, that I’ve stayed at. With the convenience of PATH and NY Waterway, these offer much better values for the quality of room than you get in Manhattan.
