No love for Ray Bari’s? I forget the exact address of the place (they have at least a couple of locations in Manhattan, I think), but I always try to swing by there whenever I’m in NYC. Also, if you’re really seeking out ‘good thick crust’, I would suggest L&B Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn: nice, bready, garlicky Sicilian crust with rich sauce.
