I voted BBQ. Mainly as I appreciate the varying styles of BBQ around the country.

Growing up in Chicago, I was raised on…. everything is covered in sauce… and I do enjoy this method, but I have to say I learned it is not the only way. Now I appreciate a nice dry rub as well.
