When does a Regional Dish become a National Dish?
When it’s sold in every ballpark in the country.
Just kidding. But what’s interesting, though, is that even "national" dishes vary from region to region. For this reason, I don’t agree with some people’s view that roadfood should be just regional dishes found in their respective region, but also includes regional twists on something found everywhere.
