Fish Tacos are pretty much available everywhere now.

I’ll give you some examples of local experiences I’ve had with Cobb Salad here in Rhode Island and elsewhere.

Iceberg lettuce (lots of it) tomato, croutons, black olives, monterey jack and cheddar cheese, onions, baby corn, bacon bits, deli turkey or chicken meat with blue cheese dressing…yes believe it or not, this is how many restaurants (and good restaurants mind you) percieve a Cobb Salad

I haven’t had one since I enjoyed a real cobb salad at the Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills two years ago.
