I don’t think Louisiana has a state dessert, but it could be any number of them, depending on what part of the state your’e from – creme brulee, bananas Foster, bread pudding, pecan pie, sweet potato pie, (my vote would be for Frank Brigtsen’s strawberry shortcake).
