I choose salmon having grown-up on the east coast i hated atlantic salmon. Moved to Bellingham WA Feb. 1999 that summer was at a 4 th July party out on the rez. they had fresh salmon wasn’t going to try it but first succulent mouth full i was in love. Oysters awesome too a restaurant has to die for oyster omlelets straight from Bellingham Bay.
