What’s all this talk about the South being good?
In the Heartland you get a genuine breaded pork tenderloin from the most tender part of a hog, trimmed to perfection, gently flattened, breaded and deep fried. Oh is it so moist, succulent and tender. [:D]
In the South you get what they misnomer a chicken fried steak of lean and stringy longhorn meat from god knows what area of the cow that has to be beaten to a pulp to somewhat tenderize it, then breaded, deep fried and slathered with gravy to make it moist. Then you bite into the gristle and gag. [;)][;)]
