I’ll be the greedy one and choose them all [;)]

It’s too tough to choose one. I guess I’m lucky in that I grew up an Army brat and by virtue of that I have lived in Italy and Germany, spent 9 of my youth years living in Hawaii and have visited all 50 states. I was lucky enough to have traversed the US in endless cross country road trips in the 60-70’s era with my parents as we went from East Coast to West Coast via car, then from West to East via car each time taking a different route.

Now I have a job that takes me all over the country every week, dropping me in all of the regions so often that I’m able to sample the regional styles all on a regular basis.

But if I had to pick one it would have to be Hawaii, with it’s multi-ethnic blend of food and cultures. It’s a blend that sets in place a love and a tolerance for each style/taste having a place on a plate.
