i would like to know if some of you are struggling to make money in the food business, who is paying the mortage? and if your business is paying the mortgage but your hourly pay/profit is still low, is it still more than what you could be making working for some corporate company? i mean, bottom line is to provide for the family AND to spend time with them, so wouldnt you want to work your hrs to make the most money possible?
