its like when you are having a bad day, and nothing turns out the way you want, and then the phone rings, and its this old man that just ate you bbq, and your thinking "oh crap what did i do wrong?"
and he tells you that its the best bbq he has ever had(and you know he has had alot, since he is like 80 yrs old), and that he will be your loyal customer for now on……
