It was one of those “what next” days at work, so dinner had to include some beer. I picked up some bottles at Backroom Brewery near Middletown, VA and I recommend the Festival Wheat without hesitation.
Since beer busts my concentration, I heated up some good Whole Foods chicken nuggets and found some Walkerswood Caribbean sauce to dunk them in. Such a fine repast couldn’t be served on anything but a retro chicken plate I bought for 10 cents.
What you don’t see are the sliced cucumbers in dressing and the cheese stick that made this meal magic. Cough.
