Thanks, Wintahaba!  My problem is with my kitchen remodel… I have no where to store one.  I’ve looked at it over and over again at the Le Creuset outlet store and my better sense always wins. 

I can’t remember exactly, but do you have an open space on a wall somewhere you could hang it? Because that could work nicely.

Don’t mind me, encouraging you to spend money on something you’ve already said you don’t have room to store… [;)]

I’m off today, but we’re eating leftover ribs and salads tonight. It’s 90 degrees with ludicrous humidity and we don’t have A/C.
