For the 4th…Brats (tried JVille’s Firecracker-OK, not hot enough for me) & a Jacobs Smoked Polish ( local since 1940’s Meat and Smoke Market..more on them later) w/ Kim’s slow cooked Kraut, German Potato salad, and Roasted Brussel Sprouts….and BEER!
