I had chicken fajitas cooked on my weber grill.
We had chicken from the Weber last night, too. Thigh paillards salted and marinated in Italian salad dressing, and served on grill-toasted sesame seed burger buns.
Tonight will be an early tailgate supper of Klement’s “Chicago Brand” all-beef hot dogs on pretzel rolls, potato chips, and potato salad at Milwaukee’s Miller Park. Go Brewers!
