In St. Louis they’re called toasted ravioli (or as the locals say, “ravs”) and they usually do come with some sort of red sauce from what I’ve seen.

Ceiling fans are great.  We have one in every room that isn’t a bathroom, except for the dining area.  Getting the air moving makes the A/C much more effective!

Ham and Swiss with mayo.  That’s a good sandwich.
