So…  what are all those watts and tibs?

Are they curries?  Stews?  I read the descriptions but I’m still at a loss.

I don’t know Ethiopian food even though we have an area of the city that is designated Little Ethiopia.

I was at a different market today and bought more ham and cheese and it was no where as good as the last one.  Must go back to the first market to do my shopping!
