I might make pork paprikash without the sour cream tonight. Might. Buttered noodles sound good.
Do you put caraway seeds in yours? My Hungarian grandmother did. She called hers Szekely Goulash. No bell peppers or tomatoes though. But no sour cream??? I made mine with yogurt once, thinking to make it a little “healthier”. My father had a total fit.
