I winged it. Onions and garlic with lots of Hungarian sweet paprika. I made a little roux with Wondra for the sauce.
I sprinkled a few poppy seeds but no caraway. I save the caraway seeds for the pork with sauerkraut.
That looks delicious! And yes, I forgot about the sauerkraut. (I haven’t made it for a while.) Pork, sauerkraut, onions, caraway seeds, and sour cream at the table – that’s it. I’m feeling inspired!
Do it! This was so good. Could have used more onions. Next time! I used a pork tenderloin. Very tender!
