Catering tonight, and the unwritten rule stating that if lunch is bad dinner will be excellent held true! Dinner was salad, roast beef, mashed potatoes, white cheddar macaroni and cheese, roasted asparagus, and a choice between several cakes and pies for dessert. I chose lemon cake with cream cheese filling.
