agnesrob, I’ve made it with bone-in chicken thighs, too, and it’s amazing! When I do it that way, I usually make mashed potatoes and thicken the sauce for gravy.
Tonight I threw a bunch of stuff in a skillet and came out with a fantastic meal! Gnocchi, spinach, chicken, butter, fresh sage, and some other herbs and spices. Cottage cheese was the perfect accompaniment.
