Happy Anniversary to the Chickens! Sounds like you’re having an excellent feast, burrito included. I agree, the beef and bean are the best. [;)]

I cooked… it’s one of the few things I can do without running out of breath. Vietnamese-style pork chop (I don’t know, that’s what the recipe was called), diced potatoes in soy sauce, and some frozen broccoli I microwaved at the last minute.

Nice color on the pork chop!  Does the recipe include fish sauce?

The bean & cheese burritos can be OK as long as they’re hot but once they start to cool the filling turns to paste.[;)]

I had ordered up 3 1.75 lb Maine Lobsters, 50 RI Littleneck Clams, and 1 Lb of Dry Dayboat U-10 Scallops from Mass.

Great dinner but you could’ve saved yourself some money on the lobster.  The crayfish grow that big down by the Two Rivers nuclear plant.[:D]

Great, but how ’bout a scallop substitute also..they were 27.00 a LB [:0]
