Nice color on the pork chop!  Does the recipe include fish sauce?

 

The bean & cheese burritos can be OK as long as they’re hot but once they start to cool the filling turns to paste.[;)]

 

 

Thanks! I think I’ve finally figured out my broiler. [lol]

The original recipe did, but apparently my bottle of fish sauce was a victim of the purge when we got the new refrigerator, so I used low sodium soy sauce instead. Does fish sauce make it Vietnamese? I should probably look things up for myself, but I’m lazy. [;)]

 

Next Monday will be the 1000th recipe post on my Facebook page, so I wanted to do a recipe of mine and also write a blog post. So… Stuffed French bread. The Italian fruit salad on the side comes from Better Homes & Gardens.
