I was invited to a dinner at Benihana last night.  I enjoyed it but all that salt and butter!  They put about a half stick of whipped butter onto everything they cook.  The onions get butter, the mushrooms get butter, the zuchini gets butter, the shrimp, steak…..  There was a pound of butter on each meal!
