I concur with the Mayor!
I love Red Cabbage. I buy the stuff in the jar for a reasonable facsimile. I just doctor it up!
But I would love to see Fried Green Tomato’s on a regular basis.
Even in Florida, they are not that common.
I know they are all over the place in the deep south.
