Yes Red Flannel Hash is my favorite part of a boiled dinner. I generally use a smoked shoulder rather than corned beef. Use it for breakfast with a couple of dropped eggs on it, or lunch on home made bread nice and crispy with melted cheese and add onions to kick it up a notch great sandwich. Or dinner left overs just by it self. Cast Iron skillet is imperitive to get the required results. Chow Jim
