fried mushrooms ok, but fried zucchini even better. never thought to fry a banana pepper, but yes, I’d probably try it! Many places do not have a fish sandwich, or a good one, so how about that, too. I’m not a pickle fan, but I think most people would like a fried one–and with some nice dipping sauces, too.
