When I get home from the hospital (way too often – congenital heart disease – 4 open heart surgeries plus a few other things) it’s straight to the soup pot for me – homemade chicken noodle or if I feel well enough – matzoh balls. There are many things that can be created from a pantry but keep it simple – your taste buds are recovering too! How about some soft scrambled eggs?
