I’m confused. Is that que or Italian beef or what? Makes a difference as to what it needs. I gather the bright yellow stuff is cheese?
For BBQ I agree wholeheartedly on slaw. Beef I’d lean more toward pickles (but I wouldn’t turn down a pickle with either). A small Greek salad wouldn’t hurt a beef sandwich, either.
If that’s cheese, do you need ketchup for the fries, as well? (My Wife and I would probably have some of each.) Or is the cheese for drizzling/dipping the sandwich, in which case you seriously need ketchup and/or vinegar?
Looks great, but it needs a taste to determine where to take it from here.
