I put a tad of grape jelly
in my spaghetti sauce…it gives it a depth of flavor, and a sweet enhancement
of the tomato sauce, toning down the acid while boosting the fruitiness of
the tomato. Just don’t over do it! You want it in the background, not
identifiable.
