I often use this one. It’s especially good with flat iron steaks.
For each pound of steak, combine:
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Canadian/Montreal Steak Seasoning
Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes. I usually go for an hour using the flat iron steaks which aren’t very thick.
