Love green chiles on cheese any way possible. In fact, I was melting cheese on green chile strips way before I ever heard of Chiles Rellanos and still just love the combination of green chiles and cheese. Therefore, one day this week I had the ultimate (to me) of the grilled cheese sandwich; Focaccia, green chiles, a double cream English cheese (can’t recall the name), and grilled. It was awesome. It was such a huge sandwich, I cut it in quarters, and had one quarter a day for breakfast thereafter. That’s my kind of breakfast.
Life would be so dull without cheese, wouldn’t it?
