A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. There is only one successful life diet and that is portion control. The problem is in this fast food and sports bar distorted day and age few people know what a proper portion is. One example: meat at a given meal should be no bigger than a deck of cards.
Davydd, I think I’ve seen a few times that that is not for a given mean. That’s is all the meat your body needs for one day.
