Amen to that! The old adage is true: eat less–exercise more. It works. I refuse to deny myself the foods I love. Moderation is the key for me. I allow myself a "free day" whatever I want. The rest of the week I’m pretty careful. I don’t try to omit all carbs or all sugar. It’s too rigid and I don’t beleive these new diets are sound,nutritionally anyway. I started walking many years ago and when I finally stopped smoking (31/2 years ago) I started running.I’m now up to 3 miles 5 days a week. Positive attitude gets postive results.
